How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
Zwell makes getting your products right to your door easy, inexpensive, and simple to understand, so that you don’t have to worry about any additional or hidden costs with your order.
Canadian shipping and handling rates are –
- FREE for all orders $75 or higher*
- $8.00 for all orders under $75
* Total order must reach $75 before all applicable taxes
Products are shipped Canada Post expedited ground service. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to arrive. Rush delivery service is also available as a shipping option when you order, and you can always call us at 1-877-ZWELL-CA (1-877-993-5522) with questions.
Do you ship to the US?
For customers in the United States, our shipping and handling rates are –
- FREE shipping for all orders $150 or higher*
- $12 flat fee for all orders under $150
Products are shipped through Canada Post and handled by USPS across the border, with 3-5 business day delivery. Products that ship to US addresses may be subject to local brokerage and duty fees which may need to be paid as C.O.D. directly to the shipping Carrier delivering the package.
Do you ship internationally (other than the US)?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, international orders will be subject to shipping charges that are based on Canada Post package rates to the destination country. A postage quote will be provided to customers prior to the order being shipped (contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and a list of the products you are interested in ordering, if not ordered online). Once the postage cost is approved, your order will be processed and shipped. Please note, products that ship to international addresses may be subject to local brokerage and duty fees (applied by destination country) which will need to be paid as C.O.D. directly to the shipping carrier delivering the package.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your online tracking code. Simply go to Canada Post and you can check the status of your delivery at any time. For US and international orders, once the package leaves Canadian borders, you will not be able to track the package as the online information does not connect with the local postal carrier’s information systems.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will be shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Orders received before noon (EST) are usually shipped the same day. Shipping time is dependent on the carrier, but please allow 4-7 business days in Canada for regular delivery.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion (both opened and not opened) to us for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) of the original invoice amount.
